You must be legally capable of forming a contract. If you use the Services for a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Arth Saathi helps businesses manage staff attendance, leave, and salary records, and provides chat-based insights. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you upload or create in the Services (for example, employee details and attendance records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data only to provide the Services.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying outputs before making decisions. You should not rely on AI Chat as legal, tax, or financial advice.
If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your plan features and limits may depend on your subscription. Refund eligibility (if any) is governed by our refund policy and applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services and may introduce new features. We try to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services, other users, or legal compliance.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arth Saathi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction where we operate will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
